I'm trying to install a tool that was packaged by installanywhere,

The installation doesn't start because the install is detecting a previous version of this toll. 安装未开始，因为安装正在检测此通行费的先前版本。
I removed any installation of that tool from: "Add\\remove program" 我从“添加\\删除程序”中删除了该工具的所有安装。
