I actually asked this question so I could answer it since it was such a pain. 我实际上问了这个问题，所以我可以回答，因为这很痛苦。

In my case, we had migrated the reporting databases to a new server several years ago. 就我而言，几年前我们已经将报告数据库迁移到了新服务器上。 Everything worked and we never needed to create a subscription so we never realized these features weren't actually working. 一切正常，我们不需要创建订阅，因此我们从未意识到这些功能实际上并没有起作用。

When we migrated, we created the RSExecRole on master, so most features worked, but apparently we had neglected to create the role in msdb (which is what is used for the job scheduling etc.). 迁移时，我们在master上创建了RSExecRole，因此大多数功能都起作用，但显然我们忽略了在msdb中创建角色（这是用于作业调度等）。
