I have an azure website connect to my azure VNET via point to site connection.

The only way to be able to obtain VIP for your website is to host it as a cloud service which provision a VM and therefore you can connect to your VNET. 能够为您的网站获取VIP的唯一方法是将其托管为提供VM的云服务，因此您可以连接到VNET。
