As shown from the above screenshot,there is no iPhone SE option in the simulator list in the latest Xcode version 7.3.

The beta version of Xcode 8 has iPhone SE simulators: Xcode 8的测试版有iPhone SE模拟器：
Why they didn't come out when the phone was released, I'm not sure. 为什么他们在手机发布时没有出来，我不确定。 Maybe a spring release of a new iPhone doesn't correspond with Xcode release cycles. 也许新iPhone的春季发布与Xcode发布周期不一致。
