Just ran update 2 for VS 2015 and the "Edit and Continue" on my web application (c# web forms) does not seem to work anymore.

Ok, seems I got the "Edit and Continue" like feature to work by pressing Ctrl + F5 . 好的，似乎我通过按Ctrl + F5可以使用“编辑并继续”之类的功能。 This allows to run the project without debugging (keeps IIS express running) which is what I was looking to do. 这允许我在不调试的情况下运行项目（保持IIS Express运行状态），这正是我想要做的。
Still not sure why starting and stopping debug doesn't keep IIS express running in the background after running update 2? 仍然不确定为什么运行更新2后启动和停止调试不能使IIS Express在后台运行？
