As per Santosh's Question , I need to add some new items in my info.plist .

The application's Info.plist MUST include a UIBackgroundModes array * containing 'network-authentication'.

You need to email networkextension@apple.com and ask for that entitlement. 您需要发送电子邮件至networkextension@apple.com并要求获得该权利。 They should get back to you with a questionnaire, and it goes from there. 他们应该给您一份问卷，然后从那里开始。
