I recently downloaded Phonegap Desktop and the docs are very poor and have no info on how to actually build an app.

Currently the PhoneGap Desktop App is designed to introduce developers to PhoneGap development, provide a quick start and allow them to immediately preview their projects on a mobile device without using the CLI. 目前，PhoneGap桌面应用程序旨在向开发人员介绍PhoneGap开发，提供快速入门，并允许他们在不使用CLI的情况下立即在移动设备上预览他们的项目。
