Having a issue with conditional formatting in excel, I have a few rules for example:

Apply to the range: 适用于范围：

Where the row 13 has dates listed by column and M15 and O15 is a date range so if the date in the Q13 is between the date range then fill the cells green. 如果第13行的日期是按列列出的，而M15和O15是日期范围，则如果Q13中的日期在该日期范围之间，则将单元格填充为绿色。 But the formatting only seems to apply to the first row in the range ie row 16 and not to row 17:20... 但是格式化似乎仅适用于范围内的第一行，即第16行，而不适用于第17:20行...

If you need the references for M15 and O15 to stay at row 15, then you need to use absolute referencing for the row number. 如果需要M15和O15的引用保留在第15行，则需要对行号使用绝对引用。
