spring-framework-bom的netbeans maven web应用程序中的依赖项解析异常：jar：4.0.1.RELEASE

Question

I created a maven web application from Netbeans IDE and then from project properties added the spring framework.

Then I built the project. I get the following error.

Failure to find org.springframework:spring-framework-bom:jar:4.0.1.RELEASE in http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2

The output I get when built:
