I am part of two Organizations on Bluemix, however I am unable to switch between those. 
我是Bluemix上两个组织的一部分，但是我无法在两者之间切换。 Interestingly, I see only one Organization listed with my account on Bluemix. 有趣的是，我在Bluemix上的帐户中仅列出了一个组织。
These are the Orgs that I am part of: org IBM_CDS_DevOps_org and jdominic@in.ibm.com. 这些是我所属的组织：org IBM_CDS_DevOps_org和jdominic@in.ibm.com。

At first I suggest you should double check that you have been invited to the jdominic@in.ibm.com org and that the org owner gave you the correct roles. 首先，我建议您仔细检查是否已邀请您加入jdominic@in.ibm.com组织，并且组织所有者为您提供了正确的角色。
Since you are correctly accessing the org using the CF CLI I suggest you to double check that the environment you are referring to using the CLI is the same you are accessing via browser. 由于您使用CF CLI正确访问了组织，因此建议您再次检查使用CLI所指的环境是否与通过浏览器访问的环境相同。
