The above notice asks us to drag and drop folders in the Sources panel.

When it says to Drag and Drop the folders into the Sources panel, it means from your desktop environment, not from within the panel itself. 如果说将文件夹拖放到“源”面板中，则意味着从您的桌面环境而不是面板本身内部。 For example: 例如：
