从条约的连接帐户转移资金到条带的平台帐户

是否可以直接从条约的连接/管理帐户转移资金到条带的平台帐户或任何其他条带帐户，而无需使用已连接帐户所有者的信用卡/借记卡？

Right now you can transfer funds from Stripe platform account to managed account.

But If you want you can transfer some percentage of each charge to platform account directly without any transaction fees.

just use "application_fees" parameter in charge object and that much amount is gone into platform account.

Stripe is going to provide Debiting Managed Accounts . Currently it is in beta.
