anybody Please guide me how I can login my sandbox account.

I have the same problem with the Sandbox. 我对Sandbox有同样的问题。 It appears that it is not working, I cannot create accounts etc. 它似乎无法正常工作，我无法创建帐户等。
Maybe someone can contact the techincal support of PayPal? 也许有人可以联系PayPal的技术支持？
