Can Windows 10 be configured to advertise itself as a custom peripheral instead of a central, using whatever standard Bluetooth hardware a laptop has?

Windows 10 does not yet implement LE peripheral role or GATT Server. Windows 10尚未实现LE外设角色或GATT服务器。
You can still send an advertisement where you pretend to be the temperature peripheral, but your central will not be able to connect to you over LE. 您仍然可以在假装为温度外围设备的地方发送广告，但是您的中央无法通过LE与您连接。
