Okay, really stupid question here: I toggled the menu bar off, using the view menu option.

In the current version (1.55.2) the Alt key does not bring back the menu.在当前版本 (1.55.2) 中，Alt 键不会返回菜单。 But you can use Ctrl-Shift-p to get a list of all commands.但是您可以使用 Ctrl-Shift-p 来获取所有命令的列表。 Search for menu and toggle it.搜索菜单并切换它。
