I have been working on a web site that i want to work on any device.

you can attempt to use emulation using most any browser F12 or Inspect or the multitude of online ones (google it) 您可以尝试使用大多数任何浏览器F12或Inspect或众多在线浏览器（使用Google）进行仿真
