Question

I have a ViewPager with three sections, inside which i'd like to use fragments for each section. This is my main activity :

You need a FragmentStateAdapter to the ViewPager.

        case 2:

public int getCount() {
    return mNumOfTabs;
}}

And set the adapter to the viewPager

ExamplePageAdapter examplePageAdapter = new ExamplePageAdapter(getSupportFragmentManager(),tabLayout.getTabCount());
    viewPager.setAdapter(examplePageAdapter);
