I have my asp.net mvc website live on Azure which i have built in Vs 2015 and MVC5.

Pretty sure you still can't install any third party libraries in Web Apps. 可以肯定的是，您仍然无法在Web Apps中安装任何第三方库。 Your options are therefore hosting your crystal reports elsewhere and doing an Iframe style approach in your Web App, or moving your app to either cloud services or a VM. 因此，您的选择是在其他地方托管水晶报表，并在Web应用程序中执行iframe风格的方法，或者将应用程序移至云服务或VM。
