In Internet Explorer , when I go to any site that is authenticated via Azure AD, the login page automatically chooses to log me in with my Windows Account.

Opening IE InPrivate window should allow you to login with any user you need. 打开IE InPrivate窗口应该允许您使用您需要的任何用户登录。 Use Ctrl+Shift+P or Settings Icon->Safety->InPrivate Browsing. 使用Ctrl + Shift + P或设置图标 - >安全 - > InPrivate浏览。
