When I press Command+Shift+E (Mac) to set focus to the explorer in Visual Studio Code, I can navigate using the up and down keys to select a file, but I can't open the file in the editor.

Correct shortcut to open a file is: CMD+down 打开文件的正确快捷方式是：CMD +向下
Just for the record, this is the standard shortcut in any properly behaving OSX application, for example Finder.app (and it's the reason why Return/Enter renames a file) 仅作记录，这是任何行为正常的OSX应用程序（例如Finder.app）中的标准快捷方式（这是Return / Enter重命名文件的原因）
