My problem is that I need to enable the keychain sharing feature to App ID in order to make Facebook login work for iOS10.

Restarting the xcode fixes the issue ! 重新启动xcode可以解决问题！ I hate you apple :) 我恨你苹果:)

Go to the "general" tab and look at the "signing" section. 转到“常规”标签，查看“签名”部分。 I had been signed in at a Corporate account (which has since expired) and so had to select my correct account from the "Team" drop-down menu. 我已经在公司帐户（已经过期）登录，因此必须从“团队”下拉菜单中选择我的正确帐户。 Now the Team can be found in the Account. 现在可以在帐户中找到该团队。
