I've heard that Zuul 2 is released.

As far as I can tell Zuul 2 has not been released . 据我所知，Zuul 2 尚未发布 。
We are in the process of releasing Zuul 2 as open source.
That being said, given enough lead time, we plan on integrating zuul 2 in the beginning of 2017. 话虽如此，如果有足够的准备时间，我们计划在2017年初整合zuul 2。
