Ok I solved the problem. 好的，我解决了问题。 It's so ridiculous. 太荒谬了 The SDK and Visual Studio have to be the same language. SDK和Visual Studio必须使用相同的语言。 Otherwise it will not work... well played Microsoft, well played... 否则它将无法正常工作。
