I've downloaded a few versions of STS and the latest tcServer developer edition.

As of 3.2.x, the template is not included, but can be installed on-demand by using the tcruntime-admin get-template command. 从3.2.x开始，不包括该模板，但可以使用tcruntime-admin get-template命令按需安装。
