I have been working on a web app. 
我一直在研究一个网络应用程序。 A week ago i have added the App install banner feature from chrome web tutorials.it works well while testing it from chrome developer tools Application tab.in mobile it works well when i enabled the Bypass user engagement checks flag, but the popup is not showing after i disabled the Bypass user engagement checks flag. 一周前，我已经从chrome web tutorials添加了应用程序安装横幅功能。从Chrome开发人员工具应用程序选项卡进行测试时效果很好。在移动设备上，当我启用了绕过用户参与度检查标记但弹出窗口未显示时，它运行良好在我禁用旁路用户参与检查标志后。
tried Clearing the chrome data, visited the website continuously 10 times still the popup is not shown up. 尝试清除chrome数据，连续10次访问网站仍然没有显示弹出窗口。
The banner is prompted on second visit on different day.in the documentation it shows the banner will be displayed after individual visits with time span differnet of 5 mins.In my case its not happening. 在不同的日子第二次访问时会提示横幅。在文档中显示横幅将在个别访问后显示，时间跨度不同于5分钟。在我的情况下，它不会发生。

I was playing myself with that feature and faced similar issues. 我正在玩这个功能并面临类似的问题。
