I have done all visual studio 2015 installation process.

Would need more details/emulator logs to diagnose issues with the VS emulator, but I would encourage you to disable Hyper-V and then run the Xamarin installer for Windows to get the fast Google Emulators. 需要更多详细信息/模拟器日志来诊断VS模拟器的问题，但我建议您禁用Hyper-V，然后运行Windows的Xamarin安装程序以获取快速的Google模拟器。
