Is it possible/or how is it possible to set a default text to desciption depending on the tickettype in the create process?

What I want to achive: the user presses "create Issue", if he selects "Problem Report" as a ticket type, in summary should be some default text, that can still be modified. 我要实现的目标：用户按下“创建问题”，如果他选择“问题报告”作为故障单类型，则摘要应为一些默认文本，但仍可以修改。 Is this posible? 这可能吗？
