I have visual studio 2010 installed on user machines and TFS 2013 on server machine.I am facing a strange issue from few days.

Sounds like you have selected the wrong workspace. 听起来您选择了错误的工作空间。
If the workspace changed, the mapping will definitely "lose". 如果工作空间发生变化，则映射肯定会“丢失”。
- Mapped perfect with workspace PATRICK-W10 完美配合工作空间PATRICK-W10
However, if the workspace changed to PATRICK-W10_1, you need to remap all files. 但是，如果工作空间更改为PATRICK-W10_1，则需要重新映射所有文件。
