In a freshly installed TYPO3 7.6.14, after requesting preconfigured distributions during installation, none is available in the backend. 在新安装的TYPO3 7.6.14中，在安装过程中请求预配置的发行版之后，后端中没有可用的发行版。 In fact, only installed extensions are displayed. 实际上，仅显示已安装的扩展名。 The objective is to follow the Getting Started tutorial using the Introduction Package. 目的是使用Introduction Package遵循入门教程。 As a noob to TYPO3 I have no clue how best to proceed. 作为TYPO3的菜鸟，我不知道如何最好地进行。

Not at all sure of how I got out of the hole I was in, but extensions & distributions are now available. 完全不确定我是如何摆脱困境的，但是现在可以使用扩展程序和发行版。 So the question is now moot. 因此，现在的问题尚无定论。

Edit: Installed TYPO3 on a Ubuntu VM and had the same issue - no extensions or preconfigured distributions even after it seemed like a long delay for downloading. 编辑：将TYPO3安装在Ubuntu VM上，并且存在相同的问题-即使看起来下载时间过长，也没有扩展名或预配置的发行版。 Cleared the cache and tried again - with success. 清除缓存，然后重试-成功。
