I recently downloaded the Eclipse Neon installer on Windows 10, but it doesn't launch.

I found the issue, for some reason, Chrome stopped all my recent download at 12MB (both the installer and the package). 我发现问题，出于某种原因，Chrome停止了我最近的12MB下载（安装程序和软件包）。 I downloaded them under firefox and now everything is fine. 我在firefox下载了它们，现在一切都很好。
