for my master thesis I need to know what the standard JPEG quality of a picture taken with an iPhone 6 or higher is.

There is no concept of "quality" in JPEG. JPEG中没有“质量”的概念。 Some encoders use "quality" settings as a shorthand for quantization table selection. 一些编码器使用“质量”设置作为量化表选择的简写。 If two encoders have quality "92" they may not be the same setting within the JPEG stream. 如果两个编码器的质量为“ 92”，则它们在JPEG流中的设置可能不同。
