I am trying to figure out slow speed of our website for which looking at EC2 performance. 我试图找出我们网站的慢速运行，以了解EC2的性能。 I have a t2.medium instance. 我有一个t2.medium实例。 CPU metrics are good but I am not able to infer anything from the network metrics. CPU指标很好，但是我无法从网络指标中推断出任何东西。

With regards to the Burst Balance , yes, having it at 100% means you have not hit any limits there. 关于Burst Balance ，是的，达到100％意味着您还没有达到任何极限。 That's what the docs say and this is what their announcement also explained. 这就是文档所说的，这也是他们的公告也解释的。
