I had installed Spring plug-in form Eclipse (Mars) MP. 
我已经从Eclipse（Mars）MP安装了Spring插件。 Then it keep showing below error message page every time when I open the IDE: 然后，每次打开IDE时，它始终在错误消息页面下方显示：
Plug-in "org.springsource.ide.eclipse.commons.gettingstarted" was unable to instantiate class "org.springsource.ide.eclipse.commons.gettingstarted.dashboard.WelcomeDashboard".
So I had removed the plug-in, however the error page still bother me a lot. 因此，我删除了该插件，但是错误页面仍然让我很困扰。

Usually that is just some preference you can disable for the startup. 通常，这只是您可以为启动禁用的某些首选项。 Preferences > General > Startup and Shutdown 首选项>常规>启动和关闭
