Can anyone please explain the steps for creating a sidebar and place it in all pages in opencart.

You will need to use " Category " module for that. 您将需要使用“ Category ”模块。
- Go to admin > Extension > Extension > Module > Install & Enable Category module. 转到管理>扩展>扩展>模块>安装并启用类别模块。
- Go to admin > Design > Layout > Home(which you want page.) > & then Add Category module in Left Column > then Save. 转到管理>设计>布局>主页（您想要的页面。）>＆然后在“左列”中添加类别模块>然后保存。
