I know this might be very general but I need some help.

403 means you are not allowed to see the page. 403表示不允许您查看该页面。 The readme on github says the login and the password are both 'admin' Try that and see if you can login. github上的自述文件说登录名和密码均为'admin'。尝试一下，看看是否可以登录。
