Question

Check your IIS / website configuration: 检查您的IIS /网站配置：

Enabling Protocols: http, net.tcp 启用协议：http， net.tcp

This is not website default configuration. 这不是网站的默认配置。 You have to add 'net.tcp' to "Enabling Protocols" manualy. 您必须手动将“ net.tcp”添加到“启用协议”。
