在Eclipse工作区中找不到我的项目

I can't find the folder that is in my workspace.

When I open up eclipse, the project is there and there is no problem. However I wanted to add some files in the bin so I open up file explorer and find my workspace only to find the workspace completely empty

(it is the only project I have).

And it is the correct folder as you can see

I have tried restarting and refreshing but nothing changes. Can anyone help me to fix this?
