It seems like Instant Articles are cached on Android's Facebook App.

Actually that's a confirmed bug in the Android Facebook app, at least up to version 117. See the following link: 实际上，这是Android Facebook应用程序中的一个已确认的错误，至少在117版之前是错误的。请参见以下链接：
