System.IO.FileNotFoundException .NetCore 1.1

Question

I'm new to .NetCore ,currently building a Webapi application using Asp.NetCore 1.1 which was release few days ago. I have referenced few class library which was developed in .net 4.5.2

When i run the application i'm getting below error when i invoke a controller. please help to resolve this.

When you build a *.NET Core application you have something called the .net standard . This .NET Standard is a set of APIs that all .NET platforms have to implement. This unifies the .NET platforms and prevents future fragmentation.

According to this table:

The .NET Framework 4.5.2 should be compatible with the .NET Standard 1.2 or the .NET Standard 1.3 .

If any of this standard works try changing the targeting version of your dll to .NET Framework 4.5.1 or .NET Framework 4.6 .
