I am using VSC and I do get some strange grey boxes in my editor, they are dynamic and annoying.

I had similar issues, mine turned out to be an HDR issue.我有类似的问题，我的结果是 HDR 问题。 I went into Display Settings and turned off Play HDR Games and Apps and the boxes went away.我进入“显示设置”并关闭“播放 HDR 游戏和应用程序”，然后这些框就消失了。
