I'm having problems while deploying a new Document DB for my project.

All the validations appear to be correct, at least they all have a green mark. 所有验证似乎都是正确的，至少它们都带有绿色标记。
Once I click on "Create" button, the page does like an immediate refresh, and the create button turns grey (disabled) and nothing happens. 单击“创建”按钮后，该页面确实会立即刷新，并且“创建”按钮变为灰色（禁用）并且什么也没有发生。
Other deployments works as expected (web apps, vms etc) 其他部署可以按预期工作（Web应用程序，VM等）
Also one of my colleges tried without any luck either. 我的一所大学也没有运气就尝试过。
I've tried with multiple browsers, clear cookies and browse history, also tried in incognito mode. 我尝试使用多种浏览器，清除cookie和浏览历史记录，也尝试使用隐身模式。
