I have compiled XNU 3789.31.2 from source successfully but don't know how to boot it and get it run.

I'm not aware of an up to date standalone Darwin OS build; 我不知道最新的独立Darwin OS构建; the main way to run a recent xnu build is therefore to use it to boot regular OS X/macOS. 因此，运行最近的xnu构建的主要方法是使用它来引导常规的OS X / macOS。
