I am trying to export all the defects and requirements linked (Relates TO) to a release ticket in JIRA.

You can use the JQL advanced native search feature in JIRA and enter the following query: 您可以在JIRA中使用JQL高级本机搜索功能，然后输入以下查询：

You configure the seach page with columns that you need and export the content as Excel/csv. 您可以使用所需的列配置搜索页面，并将内容导出为Excel / csv。
