Is there any webhook or any event triggered when new billing plan's cycle is starting (like in stripe)?

Ok found the hook. 确定找到了钩子。 It's the PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED but with data.resource.billing_aggreement_id added. 它是PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED，但添加了data.resource.billing_aggreement_id。 This is how we differ between normal payment and billing plan payment :D 这就是我们在常规付款和结算方案付款之间的区别：D
