I have downloaded two files from their website.

Once you installed Android Studio launch it : 安装Android Studio后，启动它：
You already started a project then hit this button in the top bar
您已经启动了一个项目，然后点击顶部栏中的此按钮 You didn't started a project then click on the button configure at the bottom right of the window and click on Android SDK Manager
