The image is what opens when I try to open my project.

Try importing your project to netbeans. 尝试将项目导入netbeans。 Select file, and look for import project, Chose eclipse project (if you made your project with eclipse) then browse to your project and press finish 选择文件，然后查找导入项目，选择eclipse项目（如果您使用eclipse创建项目），然后浏览到您的项目并按完成
