i want to transfer my GoDaddy website hosting to EC2 apache.

There is no such thing as transfer SSL certificates when it comes to Apache. 涉及Apache时，没有传输SSL证书之类的事情。
You need to configure Apache server with SSL. 您需要使用SSL配置Apache服务器。
