I was trying to find a way to manually add data for the said tables but I couldn't find it. 我试图找到一种为上述表手动添加数据的方法，但找不到。 I also tried searching in google but I couldn't find a correct answer either. 我也尝试在Google中搜索，但也找不到正确的答案。

You can't create course sites without having defined at least one academic term; 您必须定义至少一个学术术语才能创建课程站点； if you haven't done so, Sakai leave you in the cold, and the only way to fix it is to populate the database table in question, CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_T , manually, by using an INSERT query. 如果您尚未这样做，Sakai会让您感到冷落，唯一的解决方法是使用INSERT查询手动填充有问题的数据库表CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_T 。

The Sakai documentation doesn't explain how to do this, or whether it really suffices, but you can ask the sakai-dev mailing list or go by the answers to this question provided there in the past (eg here or here ) and hope they still apply.
