[英]Unable to access Remote Desktop on Azure Cloud Service

I have a newly created Azure Cloud Service. 我有一个新创建的Azure云服务。 A sample project has been deployed and everything is working fine. 已经部署了一个示例项目,并且一切正常。

I now need remote desktop access to the service. 我现在需要对该服务的远程桌面访问。 After enabling Remote Desktop connections through the Azure Portal, downloading and running the generated .rdp file in windows I get the error: 通过Azure门户启用远程桌面连接,在Windows中下载并运行生成的.rdp文件后,出现错误:

An authentication has occured (Code: 0x80004005)

Signing information has been checked and double checked, same result on multiple computers. 在多台计算机上,签名信息已经过检查和再次检查,结果相同。

So, steps taken: 因此,采取的步骤:

  • Created Cloud service with roles 创建具有角色的云服务
  • Enabled Remote Desktop through the Azure portal 通过Azure门户启用了远程桌面

So I found the solution. 所以我找到了解决方案。

When enabling remote desktop in the Azure portal, I had chosen a username that was not my email. 在Azure门户中启用远程桌面时,我选择的用户名不是我的电子邮件。

If I use my Azure account email as username, everything works perfectly. 如果我将Azure帐户电子邮件用作用户名,则一切正常。

After testing, in fact any email will do. 经过测试,实际上任何电子邮件都可以。
