I'm a Delphi program and I want to connect Delphi 2010 to Telegram.

The API you want to use is for Delphi XE8 and up. 您要使用的API用于Delphi XE8及更高版本。 You can not use it with Delphi 2010. Basically, you need to use a Delphi version supported by the TelegAPI. 您不能在Delphi 2010中使用它。基本上，您需要使用TelegAPI支持的Delphi版本。
